RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item, and we want to make the process as easy and transparent as possible. Our return and refund policy is designed to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for our valued customers.

15-Day Returns:

We offer a 15-day return policy, starting from the date of delivery, for most products. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.

No Restocking Fee:

We believe that you should not be penalized for returning an item. Therefore, we do not charge any restocking fees on returned products. However, please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item or damaged item).

How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team within 15 days of receiving your order, either through email or phone. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if applicable.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation that came with it.
  • Clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the item back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method. We recommend retaining the shipping receipt for your records.
  • Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
  • If the return is approved, we will process the refund or exchange, depending on your preference. 

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team, and they will assist you in finding the best solution. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable, such as Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Return Shipping Cost : 

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our mistake.

Order cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are processed and shipped. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
